Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

  1. In case of order cancellation, please request cancellation before the product is shipped.
  2. Once the product is shipped, cancellation will not be possible through our website.

Return Policy:

  1. Return/Exchange is available only for selected Cotton Women Tops.
  2. Return eligibility and duration are mentioned on the product page and may change without prior notice.
  3. If pickup service is not available at your location, the customer must self-ship the product to our office address.
  4. Return/Exchange charges may apply depending on the product and reason for return.

Refund Policy:

  1. Refund requests are accepted only in case of:
  • Size mismatch
  • Color or design mismatch
  • Damaged or defective product
  • Wrong or missing item
  1. Once the returned product is picked up and quality-checked, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days using the original payment method.

Important Notes for Return:

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Items should have original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Products without original tags or packaging will not be accepted.
  • Customized or altered tops are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Return/Exchange requests raised after the return period (as mentioned on the product page) will not be accepted.
